ai-hairstyle provides an AI-powered hairstyle preview service. Users upload personal photos and our AI system generates previews of how different hairstyles would look on them. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate hairstyle previews. Results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a hairstyle would look in reality. The Service is not a substitute for professional hairstyling advice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information - Maintain the security of your password and account - Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits which are consumed when you generate hairstyle previews. Pricing: Credit pack prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased. Payment Processing: Payments are processed by our payment partner, Creem. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms of service and payment processing policies. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts. Failed Transactions: If a payment fails or is reversed (including chargebacks), we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding credits from your account and suspend your access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that: - You own or have the necessary rights to upload the User Content - Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party - Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You may delete your uploaded and generated images at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Upload photos of individuals without their consent - Upload photos of minors (under 16) - Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms - Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Use the Service in any way that could damage our reputation or the experience of other users Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and all related content (excluding User Content), is owned by ai-hairstyle and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content without our express written permission. The hairstyle preview images generated by the Service are provided to you for personal use. You may download and share these generated images, but you may not use them for commercial purposes without our consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT - WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE - WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED RESULTS The hairstyle previews generated by our AI are approximations for reference purposes only. Actual results from a hairstylist may differ significantly. We do not guarantee that any hairstyle preview will accurately represent the final result.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI-HAIRSTYLE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES - ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES - ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE - ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ai-hairstyle and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your User Content - Your violation of any third-party rights

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.
